These people are not racist. I am black and they have always been amazing to me and my family. If you choose to live your life as a victim and through the lens of race you will always find issues because you are problematic. Simple. The food straddles between good and decent and the people are sweet. I love the waitress because she is sassy and hilarious which can come off as rude to those who are sensitive or looking for a problem.
The food is very tasty. I have been eating here for years. I come here always when in Hattiesburg. The food is fresh & I have always enjoyed the hospitality!

My new choice for best Chinese food in Petal! I ordered food to go and it was phenomenal, I didn't eat on the buffet so can't comment on that. I ordered just over 50 of food to go and got a free General Tao's chicken which was really nice. Food was cooked in under 15 minutes and still smoking hot by the time I got home 20 minutes later. My only complaint would be that my Szechuan chicken was supposed to be spicy but it had very little spice in my opinion.

I love this place!! The food is awesome and the service is always professional and polite. On my last visit I had the bourbon chicken and it was delicious. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable. New China is definitely one of my favorite restaurants here in Petal!
